Our founder had an idea while on a trip to Alaska's Copper River delta. He envisioned creating a special group of restaurants where the food was fresh and wholesome, the recipes were from scratch and the atmosphere was warm, comfortable, and reminiscent of an Alaskan mountain lodge.

Copper River Grill was created because we believe that there is a market for a restaurant company that serves traditional American cusisins made from only the highest-quality ingredients and offered at reasonable prices.

We are pssionate about food and service, we do not cut corners to save money, and we will never serce you something we are not proud of. We hope you will enjoy our distinctive recipes, courteous service and relaxing surroundings!
